DealerWizard, based in Tampa, FL, is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to increase profitability and customer retention for automotive dealers.
The Service Group’s direct sales force focuses on new car dealers throughout the state of Texas. All sales, customer service, training, underwriting and claims functions are in-house, providing unified service to each client. Service Group’s management team, distribution channels and training platform, along with its significant Texas footprint, comprised of ~300 rooftops, made it the ideal platform for IAS’ growth strategy.
DealerWizard's data and analytics-based lead generation software was designed specifically for dealers. Its specific algorithms intelligently mine dealership databases for the most likely potential customers. Additionally, its software provides dealers with KPI departmental dashboards, custom reports, forecasting, and inventory control and prepares marketing campaigns based on the software data targeted towards specified customers. The sophistication of the software will enable IAS to become more engrained into its dealers' sales process and create more opportunities to serve the dealer and its clients.
