Granite Investment Advisors Has Been Acquired By Mariner Wealth Advisors
New York, NY, January 6, 2022 – Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“Park Sutton Advisors”) is pleased to have represented Granite Investment Advisors (“Granite”), in conjunction with Martha Cottrill and Ed Taylor (“Cottrill and Taylor”), previously part of Concord, NH-based Taylor, Cottrill, Erickson & Associates, on their combined acquisition by Mariner Wealth Advisors (“Mariner”), a leading registered investment adviser (“RIA”) headquartered in Overland Park, KS with over $55 billion in assets. Granite, as well as Cottrill and Taylor, are RIAs based in Concord, NH, with an approximate combined $1.3 billion in assets under advisement centered around HNW clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
