Ferris Capital Has Been Acquired By Creative Planning

New York, NY, June 3, 2022– Park Sutton Advisors, LLC (“PSA”) is pleased to have represented Ferris Capital on its acquisition by Creative Planning (“Creative”), an RIA managing $225 billion in traditional wealth management and 401(k) assets.

Headquartered in Southborough, Massachusetts, Ferris Capital was founded by David Ferris, a former wirehouse advisor who went independent in 2012. Ferris Capital, focused on financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, managed $755 million in assets.
