Assured Relocation (“Assured”) has been acquired by CRS Temporary Housing (“CRS”), a national temporary housing company that provides complementary services for short and long-term housing stays. CRS is a portfolio company of Reverence Capital. The acquisition will add significant scale and will position the combined entity as the largest standalone temporary housing company in the industry.

Founded in 2003, Assured has grown organically over the past 19 years into a leader in the temporary housing solutions industry, with placement services including short-term hotel stays; long-term single-family homes and apartments; furnished, turnkey corporate apartments; alternative housing including travel trailers; and other ancillary housing services.

CRS, a portfolio company of Reverence Capital since December 2021, is a leading tech-enabled outsourced services platform providing end-to-end temporary housing solutions for policyholders on behalf of insurance carriers.
