Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services Acquires BTR Capital Management, Inc.

Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company ("PSA”), is pleased to have represented  BTR Capital Management, Inc. (“BTR”) on its announced acquisition by Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services (“WEAS”), a leading registered investment advisor with over $50 billion in assets under management and advisement. Headquartered in Oakland, CA, BTR was founded in 1989 and manages $1.1 billion in assets under management. The Firm brings a highly talented team with over 150 years of combined experience in financial services to WEAS. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction was led by Dan Erichson, CFA, Managing Director at PSA.
